For over 25 years he has been involved in the digitalisation of public administration. A co-architect of the success of CENTUR, whose systems and services support the daily work of dozens of local-government offices across Poland - from taxes and local fees to integrations with national platforms such as KSeF and e-Doręczenia. The creator of InfoSam - a platform connecting residents with their local authority, which he has grown from its first version to successive deployments across local governments. He knows the public sector inside out: how an office works, what a municipality needs and how to carry out a deployment that actually ends in success. He builds relationships on delivered projects, not on promises - and it is those results that tie the group's strategy to concrete outcomes.

The architect and builder of the group's products - from Panel Dewelopera, through AleChata, AleOpieka and Veltax, to Autolid and Akapito. He turns an idea into a working business: designing the architecture, building the first version and growing every brand from concept to client rollout. Behind it stand over 20 years of running his own business and experience from two demanding industries - on-board systems and IoT for public transport, where he was responsible for developing devices and platforms collecting data from hundreds of vehicles, and e-commerce for digital content, where he led the development of platforms selling digital press, ebooks and audiobooks. At CoreTrust he makes sure every product in the portfolio is not only built, but grows.

An architect by training, responsible for the group's finances. Before he turned to numbers, for years he designed and visualised single-family and multi-family buildings, private interiors and superyachts. Time and again he led projects from concept to a delivery that stayed within the budget set by the client. He brings that multidisciplinary background and the precision of the design process to the group's finances, making sure budgets stay within their assumptions and that risks are identified before they turn into cost. He naturally gravitates towards the real-estate vertical - AleChata, AleLokale and Panel Dewelopera are products whose industry he understands from the perspective of investor, designer and client, so the group's financial discipline goes hand in hand with an understanding of the market.
