There is no management layer separated from the work here, and no position created to supervise another position. Whoever builds the products also designs and ships them. Whoever runs the group also keeps watch over budgets, deadlines and contracts. Responsibility does not dissolve between departments, because there are no departments.
We are not an agency and we do not work by the hour. Every product in the portfolio is ours: we pick the problem ourselves, build the solution ourselves and maintain it ourselves, including when it stops being new.
We build the group with the next decade in mind, not a single project. That is where the decisions come from that do not show up in the profit and loss account: slower growth, fewer promises, longer support for what already works.

An architect by training, he runs the group and is responsible for its finances. Before he turned to numbers, for years he designed and visualised single-family and multi-family buildings, private interiors and superyachts, repeatedly taking a project from concept to a delivery that stayed within the client's budget. That is where his strength in the group comes from: making sure an agreement turns into work actually done. He keeps deadlines, contracts and settlements in hand, sees that budgets do not drift from their assumptions and that risks are named before they turn into cost. He understands the real-estate market from the investor's and the client's side, so at AleChata, AleLokale and Panel Dewelopera financial discipline goes hand in hand with knowing the industry.

The architect and builder of the group's products - from Panel Dewelopera, through AleChata and AleLokale, to Revizo and WabiTask. He turns an idea into a working business: designing the architecture, building the first version and growing every brand from concept to client rollout. Behind it stand over 20 years of running his own business and experience from two demanding industries - on-board systems and IoT for public transport, where he was responsible for developing devices and platforms collecting data from hundreds of vehicles, and e-commerce for digital content, where he led the development of platforms selling digital press, ebooks and audiobooks. At CoreTrust he makes sure every product in the portfolio is not only built, but grows.
